🛠️ Assembly & Technical Requirements

This kit is intended for technically experienced users.

The steps listed after represent the most technically demanding parts of the build process.

These advanced steps — such as thread cutting, cable preparation, grounding, and power wiring — can be ordered as optional services if you prefer a simplified installation process.

All remaining assembly work consists primarily of mechanical bolt-on assembly using standard tools.

With common mechanical skills, basic workshop equipment, and careful work, the platform can be fully assembled without specialized industrial machinery.

This kit is designed as a serious DIY project — demanding, but absolutely achievable for technically experienced builders.

All necessary assembly procedures are documented in detailed instructional videos.
Support is available via Discord or Telegram.

Certain assembly steps may require:

  • Cutting approximately 390 threads (optional service available)

  • Drilling gearbox mounting holes
    Please note:
    The required gearbox modification (drilling the mounting holes to 8.4 mm) can be arranged directly with the gearbox supplier. The seller can perform this modification before shipping, eliminating the need for you to machine the gearboxes yourself. just tell him

 

  • Electrical wiring and crimping cable lugs / Power supply wiring

     

     

  • Grounding shielded cable mesh ( original motor cables when not orderd shielded)

  • Install crank arms at the bottom and bearing blocks at the top; pre-install, glue, and screw in the bearings (preassemble option)

The Motion4Safe Power Hub is designed as a true hands-on solution for technically skilled users. It is delivered as a complete set of individual components, ready to be assembled by you.  All necessary parts are included, and the power box comes pre-configured with the required cutouts. However, the kit requires proper tools (such as a crimping tool, wire stripper, etc.) and solid technical knowledge for correct assembly. This is not a plug-and-play product — it is intended for experienced DIY users and professionals who are comfortable working with mechanical and electrical components.

Final wiring and mains connection must be carried out in accordance with local regulations. Where required by law, installation must be performed by a licensed electrician.
