Return, Refund, and Repair Policy

At motion4sim, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Return, Refund, and Repair Policy

You have a generous window of 14 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be nearly unused and in the same condition as received. The original packaging and proof of purchase are necessary for a successful return process.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection and promptly notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or origin payment method.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the credited amount will exclude the original shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, in accordance with your card issuer’s policies.

Repair Policy: For any repair requests within 90 calendar days of the purchase date, please provide the relevant order number. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facilities, as well as any additional repair charges that may be incurred.
